INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

According to the EU Regulation n. 679/2016 (“GDPR”) and Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 (“Privacy Code”) Calcestruzzi Cipiccia Spa, with registered office in Strada Maratta, 70 – 05035 – Narni (TR), Tax Code and VAT number n. 00363880550 (“Company”), as data controller, informs you about the processing of your personal data collected through the site www.calcestruzzicipiccia.it (hereinafter, individually, the “Site”).

1. PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT TO TREATMENT
Among the personal data processed by the Company are: name, surname, telephone number, email, IP address.

2. LEGAL BASES AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
We may process your personal data:

  • based on the need to execute our contractual obligations;
  • when this becomes necessary, for example because there has been an interruption of the availability of the Site and of our services in general;
  • communicate with you about your quotes, requests for offers, quotations;
    on the basis of our legal obligations, where there is a specific provision of law (eg for issuing invoices; for keeping accounts, etc.);

3. CATEGORIES OF DATA ADDRESSEES
Your data may be disclosed to our controllers in the context of the processing performed on our behalf and according to our instructions. These include, for example, our lawyers, engineers, accountants and / or others who provide us with their services. 5. TRANSFERS OF DATA OUTSIDE THE TERRITORY OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

In such cases the Company may continue to process your data only for the exercise of the right of defense or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person;
Furthermore, in the case of reasons connected to your particular situation, you are entitled to oppose the processing of personal data based on the legitimate interest of the Company or a third party at any time. In such cases the Company will cease the treatment, unless there are several legitimate cogent reasons for proceeding with the treatment.
At any time and without any condition, you have the right to object to the processing for marketing purposes carried out by the Company.
At any time, you will have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, whose official website is www.garanteprivacy.it, if I believe that there is a violation of your rights.
